For as long as I can remember, art has been an integral part of my life. As soon as I could hold a crayon, I became engrossed with drawing. Over the years I’ve had many hobbies and interests, each of them as fleeting as the last but the one passion that never fizzled out was my love for illustration. Although I wasn’t keen on the way art was taught in school- I was too much of a free spirit, I have always remained determined to make this my career. During lockdown, when I was furloughed from my full time job, I decided to dabble in digital illustration. I bought a drawing tablet, which was difficult to get the hang of but I carried on trying to hone my skills. A year or so later I invested in an Apple Pencil and an iPad, and the rest is history.

Throughout my 5 years of teaching myself digital illustration,  I have improved my technique and learned so many new skills. Previously I have offered custom pet portraits on a commission basis and created my own range of greetings cards and wrapping paper, some of which were stocked in brick and mortar stores across the UK and even in New York! I have now reached a point in my creative journey where I feel I can better reach my full potential by collaborating with brands to create high quality products.
